No but as mentioned Malwarebytes does not allow those two programs to auto execute.

Sorry, can't do much about that besides advising to disable Malwarebytes real time protection before running ADWCleaner and JRT :/

Funny as I did not activate real time protection and I am discovering only the latest version of Mbam is preventing Auto Launch

Hi Tim, I've just tested it in a system running Windows 10 x64. I installed Malwarebytes, and i was able to download and run ADWCleaner and JRT through Windows Repair Toolbox, and also separately. However I was unable test it with the real-time protection of Malwarebytes activated, due to expired trial.
I have Malwarebytes premium version 3.0.6 windows 10 x64

both adw cleaner & junkware RT are downloading and automatically Launching

what version of malwarebytes are you running Tim?
Not sure what that is about but I use WRT to download and install MBam then my last two tools I use with WRT are adw and JWRT. These did not auto launch on the last 3 computers I cleaned. Not even after reboots. As soon as I uninstall MBam on my last job the auto launch worked. Go figure.

I also used WRT to download and install MBAM, and i didn't have problems running ADW and JRT through WRT afterwards. Please let me know if it happens again (hopefully it was something momentary), and the Windows version so i can try to reproduce. Thank you for the heads up!
Thanks Alex.
OK now on my 4th straight computer I have been cleaning. This time I actually get an error message (below).

I know for a fact it is because of Malwarebytes simply due to the fact that once I uninstall MBam I get no error and the programs launch.

This only affects ADWCleaner and JRT after MBAM has been installed through WRT. I am using the portable version.

Just throwing this out there... MBAM has been releasing many updates since these issues with it started...

Tim, is WRT asking if you want to download a new version of MBAM when you select it? I use the portable version and it usually asks every time I select a program that I have already downloaded to my USB.
