this should bring up the boot menu select the flash drive

It took me Start up Menu

F1 System Info
F2 System Diagnosics
F9 Boot Device Options
F10 BIOS Setup
F11 System Recovery

Selected F9 Boot Device Options

Took me to Boot Mgr

Boot From EFI File
Notebook Hard Drive
USB Hard Drive USB Flash Disk

Selected USD Hard Drive

Took me to Windows Setup Box

Says Looks like you started an upgrade and booted from installation media
If you want to continue upgrade, remove the media from your PC and click Yes

Selected Yes

Then it just took me back to log in screen to enter password or pin

Which we don’t have

Ok now in the InsydeH20 Set Up Utility
In the System Configuration Tab

There are Options for Boot Order for USB Hard Disk

UEFI Boot Order or Legacy Boot Order

Which do I choose to select the USB Hard Disk?
