Never blow air into a laptop, it will need to be dissembled to clean out dust correctley...well that's how I do it.
So id need to take the laptop apart before using the leaf blower to remove dust from it? Or take the laptop apart and only use a can of compressed air?
And what about ps3,and ps4s?

Just like Laptops, you need to take apart any game consoles to properly clean them. You should also include replacing the thermal compound and any thermal pads as well. Compressed air or a leaf blower will work either way.
