windows 7 Login Screen with no logon

ok download Gandalf’s Windows 7 PE x86 with updateable USB Apps ALL NEW Gandalf’s Windows 7 PE x86 with updateable USB Apps and run a scan with malwarebytes make sure you select the windows 7 drive

FYI DISM cmd doesn't work in Windows 7 it's only for WaaS systems.

Can you take a snapshot of the blue screen as well.

Sounds like a corrupted user account. Tough to create a new account when you can't even log in.

Nothing.. It keeps the screen up and just continues blinking every 3-4 seconds.

Created a new account. Same thing happens. Same screen as posted. I cannot ctrl+Alt+Del either.. nothing comes up. Sticky keys, nothing works except changing monitors.

Stuck..
