If you use USB Storage Pen or USB External Hard Drive, it could be any of these causing the error.
(Not Wireless Keyboard and Mouse) Its a Hard Drive error and both above are classed as that as well when it comes to this type of error. So If your main hard drive that contains windows comes up good, its got to be another drive. You check here for you error: Event ID 11 Source Disk It could be a Bad Cable, Bad Controller, Bad Drive, Raid Controller etc etc You need to test all drives and find which one it is causing the issue Hard Drive Diagnostics Tools and Utilities If you have more than one drive and need to know one it is use link below How to Distinguish a Physical Disk Device from an Event Message

Bad Cable, Bad Controller, Bad Drive, Raid Controller how would i figure out all but a bad drive and a bad cable? But a controller is a new thing for me to diagnose..
