Try running a check disk on that Seagate drive.

-Open command prompt as Administrator

-type chkdsk /r /f then press enter

-System will ask if you want to run a check disk on next reboot enter "y" then reboot computer.

Check Disk will run upon boot. See if that event log error goes away.
Alright, im running it now so ill let you know. So if theres an errror in the event log and you do the steps to fix the error, id know its fixed because the issue will be gone from the event log? Im just asking to get a better idea for the event log is all
That is just the event viewer flagging some sort of general error on the drive. If you have checked the health of your drive and it is ok and check disk is run successfully I would not be overly concerned.
Oh alright thank you timster, ill let you know how it turns out

I used a dos version of Seagate tools, and used Crystal disk info and both are telling me the hard drive is fine but the error message was still in the event log which i thought was odd
Do you use a USB external hard drive or USB Flash Drive? if so it could be related to them.
I use a wireless keyboard and mouse. but the both have. the. same usb
I don,t think wireless mouse and keyboard

would cause that problem just keep checking your hard drive health to see if anything will change
