Microsoft Block Windows 11 Upgrades When Using StartAllBack
StartAllBack gives error when you try and upgrade Windows 11

“This app can’t run because it causes security or performance issues on Windows. A new version may be available. Check with your software provider for an updated version that runs on this version of Windows.”

The work around is to uninstall StartAllBack, then upgrade Windows 11 build, and then to install StartAllBack, you need to renamed executable of StartAllBack.
