- download crystaldiskinfo.info
- right click on crystal diskinfo folder
- select extract all
- select extract
- select crystal diskinfo extracted folder
- if you are using a x64 operating system select it
- if you are using a x32 operating system select it
- select Run

Hi. I downloaded CrystalDiskInfo 7.6.0 and ran it and checked the drive I am having a problem with.
Here is a screen shot. What do I do now? Thanks for helping.
