ok I did a search but was not able to find the drivers for your system so you may have to contact them to get a link to the drivers
after contacting them if they do give you a link to your drivers reinstall the following drivers
Mouse & Touchpad Driver
Graphics Driver
I know you said, you have the CD drivers but they may have more update drivers

This could be the because numlock is enabled on the keyboard or try and Press Fn+Num LK
or try FN and F11.
Look on the keyboard, it will look like this.
Please take a photo of your keyboard so I can see the key layout.

Yeah usually you have to press trhew fn key + the brightness up/down key

ok press the FN key and down arrow key then check to see if brightness is going down
