There is a Connect/Disconnect but not the "Enable".

Open device manager then right click on the "computer"icon
you should see a context menu, you want to select "scan for new hardware" Once windows has scanned the devices you should see a yellow circle notifying you to install the driver but if dont see the yellow circle id say the wifi adapter is turned off in the bios or the wifi adapter isn't connected to your computer

What is the make and model of the WiFi Adapter? This will help find the right driver.
