I have never liked Windows 10. I still do not like Windows 10.

What does this mean for inexperienced users like me? I dont use any exterior anti virus except for defender. As for win10, i wish i had linux mint

I like some aspects of Windows 10 but its been one bug after another and constant major updates.

Yeah, I did a refresh on my main PC and KB4056892 made my system hang during reboot... Ugh!
