The Power Supply looks an odd shape.
Source The Dimensions of that power supply are 161mm x 146mm x 93mm power supply

Yeah so even upgrading the power supply is out of the question.

that card recommend a 450w power supply
the power supply you posted is only 250w which you already have in the system and you can't upgrade the power supply I am sorry but you can't upgrade video card in that system

I would say on because I am only seeing 240W that is compatible with your system
