Got to work out whether its hardware or software related.
In no particular order, so use common sense in order they should be done.
- Backup Data
- Check BIOS to see what Mode your in RAID, IDE or ACHI?
- Try Last Known Good Configuration
- Boot to Safe Mode
- Open Command Prompt and run SFC /scannow
- Try Clean Boot state
- Check for BAD or Corrupt drivers
- Open command prompt and type: Chkdsk /f /r
- Check Hard Drive for damage with tools like Crystal Disk and Seagate Tools
- Replace drive if bad
- Clean Install
