DPC_Watchdog_Violation is usaully caused by some kind driver. Try running Nirsoft BlueScreen View https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html to check which driver caused the bluescreen

yes but memtest do a pretty good job at testing memory if you are going to use Windows Memory Diagnostic set it to do more then one pass
