I was decided to ran sfc /scannow on elevated command prompt, but unfortunately it was taken more than 2 hours, and I am still at 61%, can I stop it? Because My sister needs to use my laptop

It won't hurt to stop it however I would check the health of that drive.

Sorry for delay, sfc /scannow was completed and no errors found and I have checked with SeaTools and CrystalDiskInfo and no errors found.

Were you asked to run the sfc /scannow for any specific reason or did you just run it to check if the system files were safe?
