If you keep reinstalling Windows, will it make your computer slow?

Should I do a clean installation to fix this or not? Seems unlikely you are running slow with a ssd. I have seen this happen when the ssd fills up. Be sure your ssd is not full. Was the original install on that ssd a clean install?

This problem will always occur even you disabled this at the services, I tried it a couple of times and when theres an update it always gets it and Im lagging crazy lol.
