Left Click Windows Logo
   
Left Click Task Manager
   
Left Click Options
   
Select Always On Top
   
Left Click Performance
   
Right Click
   
Select Summery View
   
Now This Will Stay On Top Of All You Have Open So You Can Monitor Your System.
