AM i wrong in assuming that using a "regular" user account for everyday usage instead of windows default "admin" account will prevent any ransom-ware UNLESS you input the system password if prompted?

I'm saying it will not prevent ransom ware. But it is more secure. it's a pain in my but to always be prompted for a password that's why I use admin. account.

The funny thing is that simply creating a "guest" account in Windows 10 becomes more difficult.
