Did you check to see if your computer hardware was compatible with Windows 10 before upgrading and if there was going to be any issue if you upgrade?
Things to try:
- sfc /scannow
- Uninstall the sound driver in add and remove programs and download windows 10 version from manufacturers web site
- Go to device manager and see if there is any driver issue and yellow exclamation marks there.
- In device manager uninstaller sound driver and reboot computer and see if this fix's the issue .
- Make sure Windows 10 is fully updated.
- Make sure service is started and working correctly
- Check errors in Event ID
- Troubleshoot sound issue on Microsoft Fix It Solution Center
- Replace audiodg.exe with your Windows CD
- Repair Install
- Fresh Install
- Hardware Issue
