Like I said that a low end laptop
most manufacturers will not enable Virtualization
because you will kill the CPU. but you can check the bios to see if you can enable Virtualization

i did enabled it all i can see only "VT-x only". the virtualization technology setting has "Diabled" and "VT-x only" in BIOS settings screen

how about can linux mint dual boot? because i have switched back to UEFI boot and secure boot enabled, don't wanna switched back to CSM boot and secure boot disable and start over
