The best solution is that Windows recognize my AVG firewall

Once Windows Firewall is Disabled, it won't come on again and your be using AVG Firewall, your making hard work of it, for some reason AVG Firewall is not disabling Windows Firewall correctly, so by disabling it what ever way you want, solves the problem, its totally reversible once you remove AVG.
