Is there an alternative for Dynamic Cache Services for windows 10

I currently have dynamic cache service installed I have searched to see if there's an alternative or if there's away to make it work for windows 10 but I haven't found anything yet but the download below says it supports Windows Server 2003 R2 x64 editions, Windows Server 2003 x64 editions, Windows Server 2008 Datacenter, Windows Server 2008 Enterprise, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter, Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise, Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard, Windows Server 2008 Standard, Windows Vista 64-bit Editions Service Pack 1, Windows Vista Enterprise 64-bit edition, Windows Vista Home Basic 64-bit edition, Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit edition, Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit edition
Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Vista and it seems to of kicked in on my system but when I check my services in task manager it says the dynamic cache service is stopped so I'm kind of confused I suppose I can say.

I have another question about the dynamic cache service, in the read me file it says to put a location to the sdk on to envioronment variables which for some reason isn't making any since I have posted pictures below of what I'm taling about.

you are running:

Notebook

Windows 10 Home 64-bit
4.00GB DDR3 @ 666MHz 

And your trying to setup Dynamic Cache Services.....why? what are you trying to achieve?
What do you think this is going to do for your system? if you want to learn, setup a Virtual Lab Environment, but your probably need a better system than you already have.

I like my systems to be snappier when i click on my documents or open up and application. Ssds are the way to go but unless i have the full 6gbps i dont see a reason in buying one but as for dynamic system cache seems to make my system a tad bit snappier which i like but i want to make sure im doing what i can to make the dynamic cache service as healthy as possible which i figured out the environment variables part after installing windows software development kit but when i run Windows dynamic cache on xp vm theres a couple more registry keys which brings up an idea of exporting the extra keys and importing them to my other systems or trying it on another vm os.

you have windows 10 home just leave well alone

I wouldn't use it in anything above XP.
