don't see anything mayor on the system
I would use remove all macfree stuff from the computer use a free antivirus disable any startup program you are not using uninstall any program you are not using

Fix with Junkware Removal Tool Please download JRT by Malwarebytes and save the file to your desktop. Temporary disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware protection - instructions here.
