Hi,
I've been running Windows 7 and Window 10 in a dual boot since W10.10240 release. I have an issue with the Time being off when I switch OS's. I have tried all I can think of, but no luck.
Here's what I have done so far.
I am out of suggestions. Default settings don't work, and these tweaks don't work. Windows 10 jumps 4 hours ahead from normal, and Windows 7 jumps 4 hours behind normal time. It's the strangest most frustrating bug ever.
Help me Tom Cruise!

Here's what I have done so far.
- 1. Added DWORD RealTimeIsUniversal enabled to registry:
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation. Right click anywhere in the right pane and hit New > DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name it RealTimeIsUniversal, then double click on it and give it a value of 1. Reboot.)
2. Set Windows Time service to Automatic / Started. (Both OS's)
3. Changed Internet Time server to time.nist.gov. (Both OS's)
4. Unsuccessful in running CMD/RunAsAdmin on commands:
(w32tm /unregister
w32tm /register
net start w32time
w32tm /resync)
No Permissions?
5. Removed Adobe Reader. (Never used it)
6. Checked my computer battery. (swapped out for new one)
7. Time / Date are correct in BIOS.
