Hi George,

You have ZeroAccess 
  • Please download RogueKiller.exe and save to the desktop.
  • Close all windows and browsers
  • Right-click the program and select 'Run as Administrator'
  • Press the scan button.
  • A report opens on the desktop named - RKreport.txt
  • Please copy and past the results in your next post.

You can also run this tool, ESETSirfefCleaner tool

George you might need to repair services, because ZeroAccess damages these.
