i already tried sfc /scannow and it didn't find anything corrupted file but i already sfc /scanfile=c:\windows\system32\dwm.exe, it doesnt work
If you run sfc /scannow and it was OK. Why do you want to scan dwm.exe file? Your sfc scan was good.

because if i typed on other computer "sfc /scanfile=c:\windows\system32\dwm.exe" then it says "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations" but on my computer, if i typed "sfc /scanfile=c:\windows\system32\dwm.exe" then it says "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation" but on my computer if i typed "sfc /scannow" then it says "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations", i don't know why
Run Command Prompt as Administrator
Type: net start trustedinstaller

If it says "The Requested service has already been started" Try and run System File Checker again.

OK, have a great time, I have just seen your logs, sorry did not see them earlier.

Try this when you get back

  1. Open a Elevated Command Prompt
  2. Type: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
  3. Next Type: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  4. Then Type: SFC /scannow

  2. Next Type: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
I think your only option is Repair install to fix corrupt windows files, if that don't work, its going to be a fresh install.
