My internet connection stays disconnected most of the time and my isp seems to not know whats really going on with it.

I noticed that there has been a few times that the credentials in the advanced settings (of 192.***.***:***)seems to change which my isp has me make changes to.

I just meant is the reason you want it closed because you've solved it and if so what was the fix?
