I think the only other cheap option would be to buy a PC Case + PSU. Sometimes the PSU in these are not great but its an option.
Not sure it's worth doing but here it is in all its glory  Big Grin
Logisys CS301BK Mid Tower Computer Case with 480W PSU Black
thank you for reply britec09, when i buy that new PC case come with PSU, do i need a new motherboard?
I was posting the case with PSU to transfer all your old hp stuff to it and then buy that card

TDP for that card is about 120 watts so it's possible it would work as is in your old computer
oh i see, so i can transfer my HP motherboard from original HP PC case to another mid tower PC case, correct?
Yes, you can do and then that will help with the PSU issue. I would only do this if you are low on cash and need a cheap and dirty fix.
before you take the jump are you comfortable working in side a computer and removing the motherboard?

it may not be the easiest thing to get your feet wet
I like the way that case looks...

  1. If you want to play better games
  2. If know how to swap out parts
  3. If you're on a tight budget
  4. If you want to upgrade that graphics card and keep that PC then this is the only way.
If you are happy with above then yes it's a cheap fix. This is the only way to resolve that crappy PSU issue. Granted your not upgrading to the best case and PSU but it should work if you're on a tight budget.
