Hi George,

You have ZeroAccess 
  • Please download RogueKiller.exe and save to the desktop.
  • Close all windows and browsers
  • Right-click the program and select 'Run as Administrator'
  • Press the scan button.
  • A report opens on the desktop named - RKreport.txt
  • Please copy and past the results in your next post.

You can also run this tool, ESETSirfefCleaner tool

why cant you just ask him if he wants remote access repair since you are so good at this
