Hello dear friends,

I have such problem in one PC, see screenshot, working on it is very slow even when working on eDocument and other web broswer system. The computer is domain user. The system pop up that start backup.

Is it possible to solve that problem?

Thanks in advanced.
Here is what I would do in this order.

Potential hard disk failure may cause loss of data.

  1. Backup users data before carrying out any work.
  2. Check hard drive with crystaldiskinfo
  3. Check hard drive with Seagate tools
  4. Open CMD and "Run as administrator" In the command prompt type sfc /scannow and press Enter key.
  5. Open CMD and "Run as administrator" In the command prompt type chkdsk c: /f and press Enter key.
All bad sectors or errors found replace drive immediately.
Thanks for your support. I will try that.
I did what you advice me. Seatool faild! i choose S.M.A.R.T. BUT FAILED! second shows status is bad.

Please back up all the files and run a chkdsk /r on the disk. It may appear to be stuck at a certain per cent and may take more than 2 hours, but let it complete.
ok I would backup your data then replace the hard drive is failing

I would not run chkdsk /r at end of day the hard drive is failing running it would not help
I would backup any important data immediately, if you have not done so already. It looks as if your hard drive is failing, once drive is backed up, you can then test to your hearts content without the risk of loss of data. If the drive is bad in anyway replace the drive.

It looks like the hard drive is failing but until the chkdsk /r is run, it is not certain

If there are soft bad sectors, the chkdsk /r can repair them
Thanks friend for replay all of you. I did today backup. As you sad i need to replace it. ok that post can be closed.
