I was actually about to say that. It's better if we advise the new members to read the forum rules if they accidentally break them, and not just warn straightaway because that could be very discouraging

That said, this case was different in the sense that there was no plagiarism to begin with.

The articles published on the web are for people to read and use, and unless they claim to be the authors of those articles, I don't see the problem
like britec said so many people are creating the same content you will step on someone's toes, but with that being said you will not go on a website and copy everything word for word you will try to make it your own in some kind of a way image its best take your own if you can,t take your images you must link the source of the images

I see nothing wrong with your tutorial. all you did is to Link other sources into your tutorial
I am sure it was an honest mistake by Double clutch.
Thank you Compton, I appreicate that, Despite what has happened, should I delete this tutorial and upload it again
No its ok, you don, t have to delete and re upload it
Okay thanks
Ok, I have read all the post from all of you. First, I want to say that it is not pleasant to feel like you have to warn someone,  Especially after being warned yourself. (I don't like it). But with the information I had and it was not one source but three sources. And I will post these sources. After checking the tutorial three times with different sources, I checked some of my tutorials and Brians tutorials. Because of how I felt. They all came up as 100% original. So I went back and checked RC560 tutorial again, still coming up as unoriginal. At this time I started to check what was unoriginal about it, and I found the sources( I have posted the sources) I started thinking, what are the laws on this issue and what can happen to the forum or Mr. Britech if this is not discovered and removed. It's at that point that I warned RC560. These are the tools I used.

These are the sites that the tools say the information comes from or is copied from. Just to name a few, there was a lot.

Most of the site are Britech's web site? Now

I would provide you with more but it is coming up plagiarized, but the source comes back to Britech's Web Site. Changed from yesterday.
For the record, those are  all my words Double Clutch, I thought of all those in my head so it can't be Plagiarized and anyway the system is wrong because I thought of that myself, I didn't copy those, I am just that good, I don't need an article, I can write this down by heart on my own, you can't fault my words and neither can the system and I assure you I don't copy words from other articles, it is all me. Why have you warned me about this when I created a tutorial, It is extreme and besides you haven't done this on another tutorial so why me?
This comes back to what I said earlier, These are very generic terms and ways of saying things. You can only say certain things in certain ways.

example: HOW TO install a CD/DVD drive into a computer.
(How many people have used that term or words in that sentence? I would think a fair few

example: How to remove malware (guarantee you start talking about that subject, a lot of terms will be used a lot.

One more thing, look at what its searching, "after you enter the bios, go to the boot tab" how common is that term?

Unless someone has copied word for word, not sure you can call that plagiarism.

Search for the whole article and see how much of it match's the plagiarism article. If it is a copy & paste word for word, than yeah that's plagiarism, finding a sentence like "Download Malware bytes and click install" is very hard for some to prove plagiarism has been done on that tutorial.

Until I see a matching article, like for like, we can say its OK.

That's my view on the subject
I'm sorry if you think this is personal, It's not. Now the reason why I did this is explained. Could I be wrong Yes, Do I hope I am Wrong Yes. I posted everything I was going by so you could see I just didn't pull it out of a hat. I would have gladly talked to you about it, but that is not what I have learned to do here on the forum. You break the rules, and you get a warning. Why would I want to discourage you when you have so much to offer? I thought it was what I was supposed to do. Your right I haven't checked any other tutorials, why? Because there aren't many that have a lot of wording some from Britech and some from me, but for the most part just pictures. I check my tutorials before I post them, so I don't get into trouble, but only as I'm  writing them. I don't double check them; I only did that to yours because I didn't want to believe. And after what Brian said I probably was wrong. You learn something new every day, and I hope I never stop.

Thank you Britec for that. I was trying to say that but I didn't express it as well as you have. It is very hard to use different ways of explaining as this industry uses certain lingo for simple instructions.
