Yes it is
Wolfpack103 I would like you to download this tool and see if you have any corrupt drivers or drivers that need to be replaced. If you have corrupt drivers this could cause high memory usage.    https://goo.gl/Fz8zHf   Here is the virus report on the software. I have used this software. We will use this software only to find out if you have corrupt or outdated drivers.

Is says I have 2 drivers I need to install but it is not giving the names of the devices I need to install.
Wolfpack103 Are they corrupt drivers. It will say you need to repair them.
None of them are corrupt

So what should I do now?
Would you like to update all drivers with a software? A lot of windows 10 users are having this problem. They suggest driver issues. And they suggest a registry hack. Would you like to read what they are saying about this problem.
https://goo.gl/JMWLEZ If you want you can read about it. might not be your issue but it might be. You can update you drivers with this tool if you want

Yes I am having the same issue. When I updated to the new version in windows 10 my computer slowed down significantly in speed. So I have a little bit of money to spend on a new hard drive to fix this issue. I just need to know a few things before I choose it it 1. What brand and model should I get? 2. What amount of storage should it have? 3. How do I set it up?

Also the Driver Booster program that I installed said that all my drivers were extremely old, but I dont know if that's fully true.
Create a restore point first. I started my update already. I have the same thing as you I'm taking the plunge.
