It looks clean and since you've already scanned with those second opinion scanners, the chances of infections are also unlikely

Look, I would advise you to remove all the unwanted programs, not just to avoid performance issues but to avoid conflicts as well.

There's no need to keep more than one software that would accomplish the same task. CCleaner as well as Advanced System Care are basically used for the same purpose

I would also like you to make sure that your Windows is up to date with the latest anniversary upgrade and that all the drivers are properly updated

ok I uninstalled cc cleaner and I just updated to the latest version of windows
Wolfpack103 If you decide too upgrade to an SSD this tutorial might help.
I saw some dodgy stuff there can you post a photo of all the processes

Please tell the the dodgy processes
its bit hard to see in the video if you post a photo it would be better
