please i would like to know how do i restore capacity of my flash drive?

Explain a little more as to what is going on with your flash drive please. Ok if you can not get all your space back on your Flash Drive by using the format option, use cmd and the diskpart  command and format the disk and clean the disk that way, this will allow you to get all your space back where a simple format will not. Run a check disk on the flash drive.

If all else doesn't work, try the SD Format Tool recommended by Sandisk...
