Okay, i have ran the fix list with FRST and this is the log file i got.
I noticed it didn't flush the DNS cache, so i did it manually.
After clicking OK to the message box, the computer restarted.
The problem still occurs when trying to log in to my account.

If you are talking about the one with process explorer and virustotal, i have already done it. It only detected my screen recorder with a 1/54.
It has 15 good and 0 bad votes so this file is fine to be let though.

My device manager has no warning signs next to my graphics card.
They both say in the device status: This device is working properly.

Well short of a system restore to an earlier point in time ( which you've said you don't want to), I can only suggest this....
Please make a system image backup before attempting!
Please follow this guide: https://neosmart.net/wiki/corrupt-user-profile/#Cause_2_File_system_integrity_compromised

Right-click on these files (except the files mentioned above) and click Copy
Go to C:\User\NEW_USERNAME, where NEW_USERNAME is the username you created as new

That's okay. Please perform a clean boot as explained at https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
Let me know the results

Looks like I had to reset my google chrome again for some reason, but that fixed the white screen for me logging in.
