#1
now reinstall windows 7 professional 64bit all important updates 205 installed on my system net framework 461 check for updates, important internet explorer 11 64 after trying to install it error code 9C59

Uninstall net framework 461 still would fail error code 9C59
Uninstall internet explorer 8 this time, try using offline installer internet explorer 11
Installation would complete but when the system was restarted Explorer 11 would not be installed or installation would fail

did a clean boot clean boot
explorer 11 offline installer installation fail now I said to myself maybe if I install internet explorer 9 it would work

now this is important all Prerequisite updates for Internet Explorer 11 must be installed Prerequisite updates for Internet Explorer 11
update kb2882822 was missing from my system I would think Microsoft would install them Automatically

after installing Prerequisite update 2834140 run explorer 11 offline installer installation completed system restarted
Internet Explorer 11 now install successfully

now remember install internet explorer 9 first then update 2834140
