Hi,
I am trying to fix my nieces laptop, she was complaining about popups and laptop being dreadfully slow. Seems like a virus. For some reason i cannot be able to get beyond the Windows 7 Starting Windows Screen and then i hit an error. This has been shown in the images below;
First image - just need to get this fixed - this pops up always
Don't know what has gone on here - fixing the first issue may just resolve this one
I don't have a Windows 7 disk with me, not a bootable one anyway, when i try making an ISO image and then burning it to make a USB Bootable Drive it says invalid ISO.
However i do have Trinity Rescue Disk - never come across this and a newbie to using this.
Can anyone please assist me - i am trying to recover the files and pictures from the laptop and then do a complete fresh install.

I've tried this but when it comes to detecting the OS nothing appears so i cant really do much. Also Easy Recovery Essentials isn't free to download.

Also you need to make sure you are in the Windows Directory C: and not X:
This type of error is relate to the post I posted, have you follow every bit of that guide?
Have you tried System Restore to a time before this error happened?
