Windows 7 want always boot up
#1
Britec09 hi first of all I want to say you do a great job in your videos explaining , it is easy to follow alone with you . I am having a problem with my  xps 630i from dell, It is a 2008  . It had windows xp installed  when  I bought it because  I didn't care for windows vista but did come with the windows vista  dvd also incase I wanted to change it. I never did change it to vista but I did upgrade it to windows 7 and it worked great .The  problem didn't start  for about 2 years after . The problem I am having is  it would not boot up  and got to where  it would make   noise so I took it to a computer guy  to have it fix , when I picked it up from him brought it home and blue screen , then it restarted and was ok. Now  it is /was doing the same thing . Once when trying to boot it up it said  bootmrg imag is corrupt , or something real close to that .I might add this is the second time I have taken  this pc to him  to fix , so now I want to just try my self  put to much money in to having it fixed and still not getting it fixed. Ok so I watched  a lot of different videos , so I frist  checked the ram memory  took them out one at a time  put them back made sure they was in good and turn  pc back on  and no noise so that was good but still wouldn't boot , but it will finally boot if I keep turning it off and then back on . I  don't like having to do this  cause I know a hard shut down is not good , I might at that it want shut down by doing the ctrl alt del . Any help you can offer would be great . It is not my only pc but ido want to fix .Thank you  Millie

Do you have loads or programs and data on that computer? Have considered reinstalling Windows 7
