i have created new account user and switched account user but it still showing up

i don't have "turn off schedule" in backup and restore screen

also did memory test with built in Windows instead of memtest86, no errors found and did test hard drive with built in BIOS settings instead of seatools, it did passed and did check hard drive health status with crystal disk info, looks ok

ok insert a flash drive

select change setting

where to save your backup

select the flash drive

then we will see if you can remove the backup
