Create A Local Account On Windows 11
To create a local account on Windows 11, you can use the Settings app to:
Open Settings
Select Accounts
Select Other users
Select Add account
Select Add a user without a Microsoft account
Enter the username and password for the new account
Select security questions and answers to help reset your password
Click Next
