I was forced into Windows 10 by an update of a program I have to use. W10 was passable having gone all the way up from DOS. Then Microsoft threatened to stop W10 updates so I reluctantly got a relatively cheap Windows 11 Pro machine. To me it looks like Microsoft are playing “52 card pickup” with icons and menus. Managed to unlink One drive and decided I had enough Windows for the day. Then I spent well over 10 minutes to find where they had hidden the power off icon.
All in all I was glad to return to my normal workhorse that runs Linux.
The two software packages mentioned in the video look like they could resolve my menu issue but for the times I use it I am wondering if the outlay is worth it (I am a pensioner).
