i have lots of TOSHIBA softwares on my TOSHIBA laptop, any thoughts on this?

I would get rid of them all except Audio, Display and Function Key. I see the Recovery Media on there.. Keep that and make some recovery media if you haven't done so already.

ok cool, can i uninstall with revo uninstaller pro?

You could use any of these.
