did sfc /scannow as administrator but unable to fix some of them

Perhaps a repair install is in order.

Ah that link is just in my signature. I was just making a suggestion. If sfc/scannow fails perhaps trying a repair install would help.

my dvd has service pack 1 in it, i did watch your video, and i'm confusing! i can't find "Service Pack for Microsoft Windows (KB976932)" at installed updates window!
