- Select the start menu
- type control panel
- select control panel
- select network and sharing
- change adapter settings
- select your network adapter
- select properties
- select internet protocol 4 TCP IPv4
- select use following DNS server address's
- for preferred DNS server 8.8.8.8
- for alternative DNS server 8.8.4.4
- select ok
