Hold Windows key + R (a RUN box will show up)
Type "services.msc" (without quotes)
In the list look for something called 'Interactive Display Services'
Highlight it, right mouse click and select Properties
Under the General Tab set the 'Startup' to 'Disabled'
It shouldn't show up anymore.

hi AmineKachache I presume you have tried here with the text and link for the picture been the same my friend, it looks like a tricky problem according to the link, its a good idea to make backup of you of your drive often so you can call it back to a time before problem can save time in the long run do hope you get sorted but if you after clean install make a backup

That flashing image usually stems from a connected device like a printer/scanner/camera that's trying to update itself.
Disable that 'Interactive Services Detection' and restart your computer.
