Has anybody had to deal with the fud@india ransomware?
How they removed it and restored the customers files.

Yeah its a another new Crypto Ransomware called fud@india.com, its just a new variant of decode@india.com. Removing it won't be hard, recovering your data might be a pain...but it can be done and as always you should have backups of all your data and it won't be a problem. 

If you don't have backup of your data, you can try theses options.

• First try Previous versions of files sometimes you can recover your data from using Previous Versions
• Shadow Volume Copies of your files, to access these download and try Shadow Explorer
