I would not increase CPU speed at 95F is way too hot for a CPU
your computer is over heating all those temp are too high

35ºC for the CPU is not bad
67ºC for the Motherboard is a little high
57ºC for the graphics is also a little high

to answer your question a about overclocking I would not do it because you will not see a big performance difference
and you will probably kill the cpu if you did overclock

Most importantly if you want to overclock that cpu you need to be sure you are not using the stock heatsink. You do have some headroom there for a bit more speed. I would say try a mild overclock first. 3.0 Ghz should be easily achieved with that chip. Your memory bus at that speeds should be set at 250Mhz FSB. ALWAYS MONITOR YOUR TEMPS WHEN OVERCLOCKING. If your cpu approaches 70c you are getting too hot. Heat will kill your cpu!

You can overclock that chip, but what is a worry, is that motherboard temps, as soon as you overclock, the motherboard temps will start to rise a lot more, because your be raising the voltage a little.
What you will need to do before you start to think about overclocking
These are just some basic options. In my opinion...that system needs some work before I would start to overclock it.

- Good Heatsink, here is two good heatsinks that will give you good overclock. Noctua NH D14 ( Your need some room in the case for this to fit, so measure the space.
- This was a great heatsink for E4600, its cheap, but a good overclocker for that chip. Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Socket 775 CPU Cooler (its not that big, so should fit)
- Motherboard, Got to be a good mobo to except a good overclock, yours sadly does not look like it can handle it.
- Good airflow in case is very important when overclocking, to keep hardware cool and temps down, so fan's can help a lot.
- PSU plays a part also, so a cheap arse power supply with no branded name is a no no.
- Memory, if your overclocking memory, make sure its branded memory and not generic (if its generic leave it set to auto)
- Knowledge is key when overclocking and don't forget benchmark, stress test etc etc to make sure system is stable.
These are just some basic options. In my opinion...that system needs some work before I would start to overclock it.
