This has been puzzling me for a while now, maybe someone can enlighten me, when I check to see if I need to defrag, my "SYSTEM" files says I need to optimize while at 38%, but when I optimize it comes back with same value and still says needs optimization. So my question is quite simply, why doesn't it defrag ? Am I missing something ?
