My video's on facebook an Skype an youtube an all that are all green but im still getting sound. I have a brand new laptop so I know its nothing to do with java or adobe or anything and im starting to get really aggravated . PLEASE HELP !

What internet browser are you using? Could be a number of things. If using IE try using google chrome. See if that helps
