I just got the FBI virus right before it I had registry editor pop up then I got the FBI virus I tried to start in safe mode everytime I try to start in safe mode computer shuts down and tries to restart just cycle of me pressing f8 and safe mode an restarting

Do you have an AV disc you can boot from like Kaspersky, Avira etc...?
